As our casters are supplied through a fulfillment network, each fulfillment partner may handle returns differently. For assistance with returns, please contact the fulfillment partner specified in your order confirmation email. They will be able to discuss their return process with you.

Please note that all returns may be subject to a restocking fee. No returns claims will be considered after 30 days.
